Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A. Consumers 1. Age 18 years and above 2. Participant must be residing in the selected areas for more than or equal to 6 months 3. Participant should be the head of the household or responsible member of the family iv. Willing to participate in the study and provide informed written consent. B. Ayush Physician 1. Registered Ayurveda physician 2. Practicing for more than or equal to 1 year in the selected area C. Pharmacists 1. Licensed pharmacist 2. Pharmacy set up for more than or equal to 1 year in the selected area D. Policy makers 1.National or State or district-level health administrators involved in AYUSH health system planning
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: For Consumers 1.Severe cognitive/communication impairment 2.Visitors/non-residents
