Patients with good general and oral health. Patients who have not undergone previous orthodontic treatment. Patients willing to provide written informed consent and comply with study procedures and follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of systemic diseases or medical conditions affecting salivary flow or metabolism. Patients currently receiving long-term medication that may influence saliva composition. Patients with known allergy or hypersensitivity to dental materials or resin-based products. Patients with poor oral hygiene, active dental caries, or untreated periodontal disease. Patients who have received fixed orthodontic appliances or adhesive restorations within the previous six months. Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Concentration of monomers released into saliva following orthodontic bracket bonding using three different adhesive systems, measured at Day 1, Day 7, and Day 28 after bonding.Timepoint: Day 1, Day 7, Day 28 after bonding

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Comparison of salivary monomer concentrations among the three orthodontic adhesive systems. Evaluation of temporal changes in salivary monomer concentrations between Day 1, Day 7, and Day 28 after bonding.Timepoint: Day 1, Day 7, Day 28 after bonding
