Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing DM total hip arthroplasty (for fracture or osteoarthritis). Comparison between the modular DM THA and the monoblock to see if there is any difference in term of ion release

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other kind of exposure to metal ions

The primary outcome is blood cobalt levelsTimepoint: At follow-up, minimum 6 months post-surgery
