Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infertile PCOS females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: other causes of infertility like tubal or male factor infertility

1.To see ovulation rates in infertile PCOS females with conventional letrozole treatment- 2. To see ovulation rates in infertile PCOS females with extended Letrozole treatment.Timepoint: 1.After 5 days with conventional letrozole treatment 2. After 7 days with extended Letrozole treatment.

1.To evaluate follicular development 2.Clinical & biochemical pregnancy ratesTimepoint: 1. Follicular development started after 5 days with conventional & 7 days with extended letrozole Pregnancy rate after 14 days of IUI
