Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: I. Confirmed Unilateral or Bilateral Peripheral Vestibular Dysfunction including: . Resolved BPPV (with residual symptoms) . Vestibular Neuritis . Labyrinthitis (Post acute Phase) . Chronic Vestibular Insufficiency . Unilateral Vestibular Hypofunction . Bilateral Vestibular Hypofunction II. Symptom Duration: At least 2 weeks III. Symptom severity : DHI baseline score more than 10 IV. Ambulatory Status: Able to walk Independently with or without Assistive Device

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Central Vestibular Disorders: . Vestibular Migraine . Active or fluctuating Meniere s Disease . Cerebellar Dysfunction . Brainstem Pathology . Multiple Sclerosis . Stroke or TIA II. Cervical Contraindications: . Cervical Myelopathy . Recent Cervical Surgery . Acute Cervical Radiculopathy III. Active BPPV IV. Comorbidities: . Severe Peripheral Neuropathy . Severe Visual Impairment V. Already receiving Vestibular Rehabilitation VI. Pregnancy VII. Cognitive Impairment
