Intervention1: Application of turmeric mouthwash on oral mucositis patients.: 1. Patients in intervention group will use the turmeric mouthwash for 7 days twice a day during chemotherapy and/or radiot

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.18 years or above with clinically diagnosed oral mucositis during radiotherapy or chemotherapy. 2. Receiving radiotherapy/chemotherapy at the study center. 3. Able to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known allergy to turmeric. Several dental disease, active oral infection unrelated to mucositis or oral lesions that interfere with assessment. Inability to perform mouth rinses.
