Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: College students ages 18 to 30 years Screen exposure of more than 4 to 5 hours per day CVSQ score more than 6 Mild to Moderate fatigue according to Julls fatigue scoring Cervical range of motion range reduction more than 10 degrees

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known cervical spine pathology disc herniation trauma Neurological vestibular or visual disorders Recent ocular surgery or systemic illness affectiing posture or vision
