Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Public and private schools with sufficient enrollment in target grades to yield adequate eligible participants: enrollment greater than or equal to 500 in target grades leading to greater than and equal to 10 children with refractive error at conservative refractive error prevalence of 2%. 2.Have not received glasses through another external screening and glasses program during the last two years. 3.Willingness of school leadership to participate and allow screening, refraction, literacy testing, and follow-up visits 4.Willingness of school leadership to participate in the RCT
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Special schools primarily serving visually and mentally impaired students.
