Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 to 60 years with primary endodontically treatable molar with two surface defect and only those patients ready to sign the consent letter will be included in the study. 2. The tooth where the evaluation of the healing of periapical lesion is needed before proceeding with full coverage restoration will also be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with poor oral hygiene 2 Severe or chronic periodontitis 3 Heavy bruxism 4 Parafunctional habits 5 Malocclusion 6 Fractured or visibly cracked teeth 7 Tooth with open apex 8 Resorptive defect 9 Calcified canals, and serving as an abutment will be excluded
