Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals of age of 8-18 years with American anesthesiologist association grade I, who are having symptomatic irreversible pulpitis requiring endodontic treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are allergic to local anesthesia, Tobramycin and dexamethasone and who have local infection like pus discharge and swelling requiring emergency dental treatment and who are medically compromised and special child.
