Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are willing to participate in the study and will provide consent. Age Group : 60-75 years Gender : male and female Participants with low back pain Participants whose pain is 7 or more in NPRS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Recent spine surgery History of Recent Trauma Severe Musculoskeletal, Cardiovascular or Neurological Disorder/Abnormalities Patients with cognitive deficits Patients who are not able to Sleep in prone position
