Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants aged 18 to 25 years who are recreational badminton players with a minimum of one year of playing experience will be included in the study. Chronic ankle instability will be confirmed using the Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool, along with a history of at least one significant ankle sprain. Eligible participants should have a Foot and Ankle Ability Measure Sports score less than or equal to 70 percent, indicating functional limitation of the foot and ankle, be able to participate consistently throughout the six week intervention period, and be willing to undergo blood sampling for vitamin D assessment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with an acute ankle injury within the past six weeks, a history of ankle fracture, neurological or vestibular balance disorders, previous ankle surgery, or systemic or inflammatory joint diseases will be excluded from the study.
