Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: i. Individuals willing to participate and available for follow up. ii. Apparently healthy individuals. iii. Individuals irrespective of their gender, caste, creed, religion and socio-economic status will be selected. iv. Individuals having stable dietary and lifestyle habits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: i. Individuals not willing to participate and not available for follow up. ii. Pregnant women and lactating mothers. iii. Individuals suffering from high blood pressure, cancer, smokers, drug abuser, systematic disorders, any surgical history and chronic illness. iv. Patient suffering from blood disorders like hemophilia, purpura, anemia etc. v. Individuals undergoing any Panchakarma therapy or taking Ayurvedic/herbal medications that may affect Pitta and Rakta status.
