Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with irreversible pulpitis without any periapical change. Patients with bilateral molar RCTs. Patients requiring inferior alveolar nerve block. Healthy patients Patient who have not taken any antibiotic and analgesic before treatment. Patients willing to provide informed consent. Patients without systemic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with known allergy to Amide LA. 2. Patients with Systemic diseases. 3. Patients in which LA is contraindicated 4. Pregnant & lactating women. 5. Necrotic pulp. 6. Teeth in which endodontic treatment is previously initiated.
