Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients requiring surgical extraction of impacted mandibular third molars. 1. ASA Grade I or II patients. 2. Patients willing to participate and provide written informed consent. 3. Patients able to comply with study protocol and follow-up visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Allergy or hypersensitivity to Articaine, Magnesium Sulphate, or study medications. 1. Pregnancy or lactation. 2. Systemic diseases contraindicating oral surgery. 3. Acute infection at injection or surgical site. 4. History of neurological disorders affecting pain perception. 5. Patients taking analgesics, sedatives, or anti-inflammatory drugs within 24 hours before surgery. 6. Uncooperative patients or those unwilling to provide consent.
