Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children requiring pulpectomy in primary molars Primary molars with necrotic pulp or irreversible pulpitis Teeth with restorable crown structure Teeth with no more than one-third physiological root resorption Absence of pathological root resorption Cooperative children Parents/guardians willing to provide written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with systemic diseases or immunocompromised conditions Teeth with excessive root resorption Presence of internal or external pathological resorption Teeth with root fractures or perforations Previously endodontically treated teeth Children who have received antibiotics within past 2 4 weeks Uncooperative children
