Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients posted for supratentorial craniotomy for tumors less than 4 cm in size, with an expected surgical duration of less than 4 hours, anesthesia duration of less than 6 hours, and normal preoperative cognitive function (MMSE score 30/30)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with ASA physical status III IV posted for emergency craniotomies, those with pre-existing neuromuscular disorders (such as myasthenia gravis or Guillain Barr syndrome), known allergy to the study drugs, pregnancy, or preoperative cognitive dysfunction (MMSE score <24) were excluded
