Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia, Planned LMA removal or extubation in the operation theatre, Able to follow simple commands, Quantitative TOF ratio greater than or equal to 0.9 before measurement, Hemodynamically stable at the time of measurement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe COPD or chronic lung disease, Active bronchospasm or airway obstruction, Large airway leak or inability to maintain seal,facial or airway anatomy preventing device connection, Pregnancy, Refusal or inability to provide informed consent.
