Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: For main objective adults aged 18 years or greater will be considered. For the secondary objectives, adults aged greater than 45 years with available retrospective multimodal data, including clinical records, cognitive assessments, imaging, and biomarker information, with prior consent for research use where applicable.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Records with incomplete, inconsistent, or insufficient data for analysis, or cases where data use is restricted or consent is not available.
