Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Males aged 20 45 years with diagnosed low sperm count. Patients willing to undergo semen analysis before and after treatment. Patients giving informed consent. Patient willing to regular follow ups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe azoospermia or obstructive infertility. Infertility due to surgical-structural abnormalities. Patients with systemic diseases like uncontrolled diabetes, tuberculosis, HIV. Those unwilling for follow-up. Patients undergoing hormonal or assisted reproductive therapy simultaneously.

To assess changes in semen parameters (sperm count, motility, morphology). To analyse changes in general health and mental well-being of patients after Homoeopathic intervention.
