Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Grade I to Grade III Haemorrhoids presenting with one or more of the following symptoms: bleeding per rectum, prolapse during defecation, pain or discomfort in the anal region, itching or irritation around the anus, mucous discharge, sense of incomplete evacuation, constipation or straining during stool. Patients willing to provide written informed consent and comply with follow up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 15 years or above 65 years of age. Pregnant and lactating women. Patients with heavy rectal bleeding, fissure in ano, fistula in ano, malignancy, Crohn disease, ulcerative colitis, severe systemic disorders, or other causes of rectal complaints. Patients unwilling to provide consent or unable to complete follow up visits.
