Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients above 20 years and below 60 years of age group. 2. Patients of both genders(Male/Female) are included. 3. Sleep disturbance occurs at least 3 times per week and has been problem for at least 1 month. 4. Written informed consent obtainted from patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are contraindicated for Abhyanga according to Ayurvedic classics 2. Individuals with DVT should refrain from Padabhyanga, as massage could potentially dislodge a clot, leading to serious complications. 3. Do not perform Padabhyanga on areas with open wounds, active skin infections, or conditions like eczema or psoriasis, as this may aggravate the condition or cause further irritation. Pregnant ladies and lactating mothers. 4. Individuals with severe varicose veins should not undergo Padabhyanga, as the pressure from the massage might worsen the condition.
