Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients experiencing joint pain with a minimum score of more than equal to 3 on NPRS (Numeric pain rating scale). Diagnosed cases of knee OA stage Kellgren-Lawrence grading 1 to 4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Severe Chronic Liver Diseases ,Chronic Kidney Diseases, Severe Coronary artery diseases, Malignancy and Severe Mental health disorder. History of recent joint surgery or joint replacement within the past 6 months. Diagnosis of inflammatory arthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Psoriatic arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis, Gout or other inflammatory joint diseases. Pregnancy or lactation, planning for pregnancy. Patients with blood pressure more than equal to 180/110 mmHg and HbA1C more than equal to 10.0%
