Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pain on the medial aspect beneath the heel (medial calcaneal tuberosity) and sometimes in midfeet, Morning stiffnes or pain with the first steps after rest, Pain is aggravated by prolonged standing and walking after rest or after long periods of inactivity. Physical examination will show localized tenderness over the Plantar fascia insertion and Positive Windlass Test. Radiological examination of lateral view of foot to rule out other differential diagnosis if needed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 25 years and above 60 years will be excluded Complicated cases with advance pathology like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ankylosis spondylitis, severe foot trauma will be excluded. Pregnant & lactating women will be excluded

Change in Foot Function Index Score from baseline after administration of homoeopathic medicines along with auxiliary measures in patient with Plantar FasciitisTimepoint: Follow up at 7, 14 days will be taken and upto 3 months follow up will be considered
