Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Clinically diagnosed with Atopic Dermatitis by a dermatologist for at least 6 months. 2)Visible body areas are prominently affected. 3)English-speaking adults aged 18 to 30 years. 4)Currently experiencing a flare-up (mild, moderate, or severe). 5)Access to the internet and devices with a video camera for online interviews.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Presence of unstable or serious systemic diseases (e.g., severe cardiovascular disease). 2)Current or past history of psychiatric diagnosis. 3)Co-occurrence of other severe visible skin conditions (e.g., psoriasis, vitiligo). 4)History of undergoing more than 5 structured psychotherapy sessions.
