Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of pre-existing osteoarthritis of the knee joint by joint Grade 1,2 or 3 capable of providing written informed consent capable of understanding pre and post procedure care instructions Walking ability with or without external support VAS score in the range of 40 to 80

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 35 or more than 75yrs old Any previous surgery Body mass index more than 35 Pregnancy Neuromuscular disease

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.To study the effect of BMAC, PRP in OA patients. Timepoint: Data and sample collection 12 months Data analysis 3 months Publication 3 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
2.To assess the patients receiving PRP or BMAC administered patients to have better range of motion, decreased WOMAC & VAS pain score, decreased pro-inflammatory cytokines in synovial fluid. Timepoint: outcome assessed at baseline & twelve months of followup
