Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 to 28 years Novice Runners running regularly for 6 months Healthy with no current musculoskeletal complaints Willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of lower limb injury in the past 6 months Neurological disorders affecting gait Musculoskeletal deformities Participation in competitive running at advanced levels
