Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy children aged 10-16 years BMI for 10-16 years old children Normal: 5th percentile to less than the 85th percentile Overweight: 85th to less than the 95th percentile Obese: Equal to or greater than the 95th percentile Both males and females Able to understand and follow verbal commands Written informed consent from parent/guardian Child assent obtained where applicable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who are not fluent in counting numbers in English or had any speech anomalies Any history of respiratory disorders Neuromuscular disorders affecting respirartion Inability to perform Single Breath Count test properly Refusal of consent/assent
