Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA I and II(20) Age 20-65 years Undergoing elective surgery in GA requiring muscle relaxation with non-depolarising neuromuscular blockers
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with known allergy or intolerance to neostigmine, glycopyrrolate or calcium compounds Known neuromuscular disorders Patients with renal or hepatic dysfunction Pregnancy or lactation Preexisting electrolyte imbalance (especially hypercalcemia or hypocalcemia)
