Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute conditions with influenza like illness suffering since last twenty four hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Life-threatening conditions or any Lactating and pregnant ladies or any Patients on steroid. Any Patients with nasal blockage and nasal polyp or uncontrolled NCD will be excluded
