Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Active competitive pistol shooters with mild-to-moderate neck pain severity and self-reported visual fatigue symptoms during or after shooting practice.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe neck pain with neurological deficit; history of cervical or ocular surgery within six months; current ocular pathology (glaucoma or keratoconus); active pharmacological management of pain or ocular conditions; inability to complete the one-week protocol.
