Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| 1.Comparison of preoperative and postoperative palatal arch width measured clinically using a digital vernier caliper between predetermined anatomical landmarks. 2.Assessed by clinical palpation and graded according to degree of movement 3.Evaluated based on restoration of occlusion and stability of palatal segments. 4.Radiographic assessment of fracture reduction and alignment using CT imaging.Timepoint: Computed tomography (CT/CBCT) will be used for radiographic evaluation at preoperative, immediate postoperative, and 3-month follow-up intervals | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| 1.Occlusal stability 2.Healing of palatal mucosa 3.Postoperative complications such as infection or malocclusion Timepoint: Computed tomography (CT/CBCT) will be used for radiographic evaluation at preoperative, immediate postoperative, and 3-month follow-up intervals | — |
