Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pocket depth of at least 5mm associated to osseous defect. Defects were similar & bilaterally present. Patients willing to follow post-operative instructions, recalls, and surgical protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic illnesses where surgery contraindicated. Subject on any medication known to affect outcome of periodontal therapy. Smokers. Individual who are not able to maintain oral hygiene. Pregnant mothers and lactating mothers.
