Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient with sign and symptomss of Janu Sandhigat Vaat along with that of Osteoarthrities of Knee Joint are the main criteria for diagnosis. 2.Vaatpurna drutisparsh 3.Sandhi soth 4.Sandhi shool 5.Sandhistambha 6.Vedana during aakunchan and prasaran 7.Patients of age limit 40 to 70 years. 8.Both sexes will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient having osteoarthritis of knee joint along with known history of tuberculosis,HIV ,HBsAg,hepatitis. 2.Patient having other severe knee joint comorbidity. 3.low backache with or without radiation to legs. 4.Patient with metallic implant. 5.Patient suffering from rheumatoid arthritis , rheumatic fever ,rheumatic heart disease, gouty arthritis ,psoriatic arthritis ,infective arthritis. 6.History of bony injury or soft tissue injury. 7.Patient who is not willing to participate.
