Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergoing elective supratentorial craniotomy for tumors, ASA Iand II, tumor size more tha 4 cm in any dimention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients less than 18 years, pregnant patient, tumor size less than 4 cm, preoperative hemoglobin less than 9 gm/dl, pre-existing hematologic disorders, ASA III and IV, emergency surgery, awake craniotomy
