Inclusion criteria: 1 Age Group Between 18 Years To 30 Years Of Either Gender 2 Only Uttam Mamsa Sara And Uttam Majja Sara Individuals 3 Apparently Healthy Individuals Will Be Considered 4 The Volunteer Who Duly Signed The Informed Consent Form Will Be Considered

Exclusion criteria: 1 Pregnant And Lactating Women 2 Unhealthy Alcoholic Individuals 3 Any Disorders Of Mamsa And Majja Dhatu Individuals 4. Any Psychological Disorder Example Mentally retarded And Etc Individuals 5 Any Systemic Disorders
