Intervention1: 1. Pretest - baseline attempt(s) with the IVL device
2. Training block - standardized deliberate practice with the IVL device
3. Posttest - the timed assessment (same as pretest rules) repeated with the IVL device.: Pretest:
1. Max attempts: 3
2. Max attempt time: 120 seconds
3. No coaching during timed attempts
4. Video recording active.
Training block (per period):
1. Duration: 30 to 45 minutes
2. Demonstration: 5 minutes
3. Deliberate practice: 8 to 12 supervised intubations
4. Feedback: standardized one keep / one change / one repeat format.
Posttest: the timed assessment (same as pretest rules) repeated with the IVL device.
Sequence B: Period 1 (IVL) followed by washo
2. Training block - standardized deliberate practice with the DL device
3. Posttest - the timed assessment (same as pretest rules) repeated with the DL device.: Pretest:

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: OTT less than 10 years experience. Novice to advanced airway devices. No structured laryngoscopy or intubation manikin exposure within the preceding 24 months. No prior completion of a formal video laryngoscopy course or certification at any time. Written consent including consent for video recording.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Prior airway training course with VL/DL certification. Refusal of video recording. Physical inability to perform simulation laryngoscopy.
