Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Histologically confirmed primary breast cancer (new/incident case) diagnosed within the study period. 2.Symptomatic presentation (not detected solely through screening without symptoms).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Recurrent breast cancer (prior history of breast cancer treated earlier). Cancer of unknown primary involving the breast or non-epithelial breast malignancies (e.g., sarcoma, lymphoma). Patients identified exclusively via screening with no preceding symptoms (to avoid zero patient-delay bias). Diagnosed with metastatic disease elsewhere and referred only for treatment without a verifiable pre-diagnosis timeline (when key dates cannot be ascertained). Severe cognitive impairment, critical illness, or communication barriers precluding a reliable interview, and no legally acceptable representative available. Patient diagnosed with any other cancer
