Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Male footballers between 18- 30 years 2 Participants who possess a minimum of 2 years of consistent football training and competition background 3 Player involved in routine training programme 4 Medically healthy and without any musculoskeletal neurological or cardiovascular illness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Have any congenital deformity or chronic illness impacting on anthropometric measurements or physical fitness parameters. 2 Are not engaged in football competition. 3 Are on any medication or rehabilitation regimen that may impact fitness levels.
