Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I -III Elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: diabetes mellitus emergency cholecystectomy known delayed gastric emptying , GERD, or aspiration risk conversion to open surgery pregnancy
