Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Single rooted tooth with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis. Tooth with root curvature of less than 10 degree.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic diseases (hypertension, diabetics, epilepsy). Crown root fractures Open apices Pulpal necrosis No evident periapical changes. Pregnancy, lactating patients Consumption of steroids, analgesic or antibiotics within past 24 hour. Allergic history to local anaesthesia and other medications.
