Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have complained cardinal and associated symptoms of Raktapradar will be selected for the study. 2.Women between age group 20 to 35 years. 3.Cyclic excess uterine bleeding per vaginum . 4.Patients with increased duration of menstrual flow.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient s having gross structural abnormalities of uterus and appendages like Polyps ,erosion ,fibroids. 2.Those having abortional bleeding. 3.Those having bleeding after menopause . 4.Those suffering from malignancies and chronic systemic disease s like T.B., hypertension, diabetes, hypothyroidism, coagulation disorders. 5. History of bleeding from the sites other than uterus.

Design outcomes

Primary

Improvement in decreased amount of pervaginal bleedingTimepoint: 3 months The drug trail will be given for 3months follow up will be 3 consecutive menstrual cycles on 4rth day of each menses

Secondary

Relief in yoni vedana,adhoudarshoola ,katishoolaTimepoint: After analysing all the parameters the result will be assessed on the basis of symptomatic relief and improvement. Partially improvement after 1 month patient get 40-60 percentrelief from sign and symptoms Improvement after 2 month patient get 60-80 percent relief from sign and symptoms Cured after 3 month patient get 80-100 percent relief from sign and symptoms;Relief in yoni vedana adhoudarshoola,katishoolaTimepoint: After analysing all the parameters the result will be assessed on the baisi of symptomatic relief in sign and symptoms Partially improvement after 1 month get 40-60 percent relief from sign and symptoms Improvement after 2 months patients get 60-80 percent relief from sign and symptoms Cured after 3 months patients get 80-100 percent relief from sign and symptoms
