Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults more than 18 years Hospitalisation with confirmed AMI, STEMI, or NSTEMI Willingness to provide the written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Type 2 MI demand ischemia Pregnant women Severe cytopenias with absolute neutrophil count less than 120 x 10^9 per L or platelet count less than 120 x 10^9 per L Patients currently enrolled in clinical studies involving investigational drugs or any other clinical trials Malignancy or expected life expectancy of less than 1 year Refusal or inability to provide informed consent Severe hepatic dysfunction or severe renal dysfunction Patients with autoimmune diseases including systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis
