Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients diagnosed with Sheetpitta based on classical Ayurvedic clinical features and/or Urticaria as per modern diagnostic criteria. 2 Age between 18 and 60 years, of either gender. 3 Patients willing to participate in the study and provide written informed consent. 4 patients having symptoms of sheetpitta

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients below 18 years or above 60 years of age 2. Pregnant or lactating women. 3. Patient with chronic systemic illneses such as diabetes, hypertension, tuberculosis, cancer, or any immunocompromised condition. 4. Individuals with known allergies to neem or any ingredient of Amrutnimb Ghanavati. 5. Patients currently undergoing treatment with corticosteroids or antihistamines 6. Patients with skin conditions other than Sheetpitta,like fungle infections, psoriasis, leprosy etc, which may interfere with diagnosis or assessment
