Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Unmarried Female Patients of Pubertal Aged between 10-18 Years 2. Excessive Per Vaginal bleeding at the time of Menstruation more than 80ml 3. Prolonged Per Vaginal bleeding at the time of Menstruation more than 5 day 4. Patients with Pratyatma Lakshanas of Pradara and diagnosed as Pubertal Dysfunctional Uterine bleeding. 5. Patient with Hb more than 8.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Girls having Precocious Puberty and Delayed Puberty 2. Organic abnormality like Uterine Fibroids, Endometrial Polyps. 3. Systemic Diseases like Bleeding disorders, Severe HTN Thyroid dysfunction Diabetes Mellitus Severe Anaemia. 4. Injuries to Reproductive tract.
