Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Extraction indicated due to root fractures, endodontic failure, internal/external resorption, over-retained deciduous teeth, non-restorable caries, or residual roots. 2.Intact alveolar bony walls radiographically and clinically. 3.Sufficient bone for implant placement 4.Good oral hygiene 5.Presence of adjacent and opposing natural teeth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Systemic disorders (e.g. uncontrolled diabetes, osteoporosis, hematologic disorders, allergies). 2.Tobacco use. 3.Active Infection, periodontal disease, bone dehiscence, or absence of cortical plates post-extraction. 4.Pregnancy or lactation. 5.History of radiotherapy or chemotherapy.
