Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i) Elderly residents above the age of 60 years. ii) Elderly residents with frailty iii) Elderly residing in the study setting for not less than 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i) Elderly who will not provide informed written consent ii) Elderly with critical illness iii) Elderly with physical disability and unable to do all exercises of the package
