Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged 18 years and above in the Mokokchung district. Participants with hypertension or pre-hypertension identified through population-based screening at Ayushman Arogya Mandirs/HWCs. Participants providing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants not willing to provide informed consent. Participants unwilling or unable to provide urine samples or complete interviews
