Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: . Patients presenting with features of acute intestinal obstruction . Patients with strangulated inguinal/femoral hernia. . Patients with features of intestinal obstruction were diagnosed preoperatively as a case of SMA/SMV occlusion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under the age of less than 18 and more than 80years Pregnant women Psychiatric patients
