Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 18 to 45 years. Permanent molars and premolars presenting carious pulp exposure. Tooth having no tenderness on percussion. Tooth diagnosed with reversible pulpitis. Positive pulp sensibility testing. Absence of periapical pathology. Patients who sign informd consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of spontaneous pain. Teeth with irreversible pulpitis or necrotic pulp. Presence of periapical pathology. Negative response to pulp sensibility testing. Teeth with periodontal disease or inability to achieve proper isolation. Pregnant women. Patients with systemic diseases. Patients unwilling to provide informed consent.
